Hi Andrea, Thanks so much for stopping by my blog...The counter tops are laminate, I didn't want to spend the $ on solid surface and a lot of them have to be sealed and maintained over the years...I went with the Wilson Art HD series. the high definition looks like real solid surface without the hassle or the cost! I can't recall the name of the one I went with, right off hand, I would have to look for my sample chip... If you go check out the Wislon Art samples chips you will see it :) Lowe's carries W/A, at least here, they do. Or even check them out online, thats what I did, I ordered the samples online...if I remember correctly...I think they are free :)
